Marks Fibromyalgia and CFS treatment methodology is based around functional Lymphatic theory. This is not new science it has been around for decades but has been overlooked by the medical establishment in their quest for pharmaceutical cures for organic illnesses.

Mark began suffering Chronic Fatigue Syndrome in 2002 with associated trigger point pain following an exposure to a viral infection or chemical exposure of unknown etiology or origin, but most likely a retrovirus such as Epstein Barr.

The techniques were developed based on a series of therapies developed from  Holistic and Integrative medicine, Manual Lymphatic Drainage, Physiotherapy, The Alexander Technique, Osteopathy, Environmental Medicine and various other protocols commonly used in general practice and sports therapy are incorporated.

Mark is married to Christine with a beautiful baby girl Rosie.
